Taiwan is located in East Asia and is governed by the Republic of China. With a population of 23 Million and a total land area of 36,000 square kilometres, Taiwan is one of the most heavily populated countries in the world for its size. Home to some of Asia’s finest arts, a great infrastructure, beautiful scenery, lovely people, and unique but tasty cuisine, Taiwan is a country most people do not consider when travelling to Asia; however, you definitely should!
